project manager
Victoria Minter

Victoria comes from a project procurement background with one of the world’s most recognised hospitality companies. She has worked internationally with leading Architects, Interior Designers, Operators and Owners toward the successful completion of dozens of award-winning hospitality properties. Her experience encapsulates unique exposure and insight into a wide range of design led details, which she in turn offers to her project teams. Victoria has a genuine passion for hospitality and travel, and her European background brings a far-reaching perspective of the construction industry.

Since joining Construction Assignments in early 2019, Victoria has been project coordination lead for planning permit submission of a 42 storey mixed-use retail, office, and hotel, development with City of Melbourne. She has also been involved with the residential project, and television series, The Block, through two series of the show, including secondary consent applications, planning, and multi-stage building, permits.

Currently underway, is submission for a new QT Hotel on Fitzroy Street, St Kilda, construction of NextGen Doncaster leisure complex, whose design pivots on restoration of an existing heritage building, and an intricate residential project in Woollahra, Sydney, with an unparalleled outlook over Cooper Park.

Victoria is proactive, thoughtful, personable, and blindingly efficient. She loves the details of a project, and the intricacies of managing a collective project team. She strives to build long term relationships with her project stakeholders.

When not researching her next trip, Victoria can be found outdoors, either playing netball, remaining active, or walking someone else’s dog. We’re delighted to have Victoria on our team.
