The Block, Season 21,
Daylesford

2025 was Construction Assignments 11th year of working on The Block with Channel 9. This season at Daylesford, Victoria we built five magnificent new homes – a first for the show.

These five sustainable homes were considerate to the landscape within Middleton Field, an eco-friendly development. They boast exteriors ranging from natural timber to metal cladding, five bedrooms, study, living area, garage, heated swimming pools and extensive landscaping. They are truly luxury family homes which blend with the natural country landscape.

This year was particularly special as our Drenka Andjelic, Managing Director and Jess Gould, Senior Associate and SA Lead, attended the auction for the first time. And what a result the auction was! Fun, anticipation, suspense and nervousness witnessed to the max. Congratulations to the winning contestants.
