CHANNEL 9

The Block, Season 13 – Elsternwick

Regent Street, Elsternwick, our third Block Series with Channel 9 was one of the most fun to date. Series 13 is based on a 3000 m² site in Melbourne’s south. For this series we trucked in five homes, that were otherwise destined for landfill, and lovingly restored them to achieve a stunning streetscape and record-breaking suburb sales records. Significant new rear additions were carried out to each of the homes as part of the fast-paced overall programme.

As per our on-going project delivery for Channel 9, Construction Assignments managed a Construction Management Contract with Principal Contractor, Erilyan along with coordination of planning, design and services connection responsibilities.
