As Client-Side Project Manager, Construction Assignments was responsible for managing the uniquely complex design development, planning permit process, and mock-up-room for this development, which falls within a Design and Development Overlay and the St Kilda Hill Precinct.

Operated by Event Hospitality & Entertainment Limited, the development will offer 130 stylish guest rooms, a roof top bar with city and bay views, and a market style food and beverage offering to service guests and passing public.
