Construction Assignments are pleased to partner once again with hospitality group, The Ascott Limited, as they expand their co-living hotel brand, lyf (pronounced “life”) or “live your freedom,” in Australia.

Following the success of lyf Collingwood, Melbourne, this latest operational acquisition for the brand is located in the affluent Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, just 10 minutes by train from the CBD and within walking distance of the iconic Bondi Beach.

The co-living hotel property features 197 ensuite rooms and caters to transient professionals and leisure travellers.

Our role ensures construction is in accordance with Ascott’s design brief, brand quality expectations, and agreed documentation. We provide a safe pair of hands to Ascott, with regular attendance on site, reliable reporting on progress and programme, and by acting as an intermediary between the operator and builder to ensure rooms are handed over, and defects are rectified, in a timely manner.
