Little National Hotel, Adelaide

Construction Assignments has been appointed by Doma Group as the Client-side Project Manager and Contract Superintendent for their new Little National Hotel development in Adelaide.

Located at 100 North Terrace, this 23-storey boutique hotel offers affordable luxury with no compromises. Working closely, Bates Smart and Doma Group have yet again mastered the elegant, luxurious, and high amenity design in a compact way that could only be described as genius.

The building is comprised of a three-tiered design. A three-storey base accommodating public and communal facilities, 18 levels of accommodation including 10 levels of iconic Little National hotel rooms and 8 levels of newly designed suites. And lastly, the top of the tower we find a two-storey crown housing a library and lounge for hotel guests, and a publicly accessible rooftop bar on the top floor.
