Prominently located at 88 Walker Street, Citadines Walker North Sydney takes pride in being housed within North Sydney’s tallest mixed-use building. Developed and constructed by Billbergia, this iconic and globally acclaimed tower showcases a distinctive architectural feature—it is cantilevered over the heritage-listed Firehouse Hotel. The development was meticulously designed by Fitzpatrick + Partners.

Occupying 20 storeys of the property, the 252-room hotel offers stunning vistas and an array of guest amenities, including a state-of-the-art gym, a cozy guest lounge, a well-equipped business center with meeting rooms, and an exquisite in-house restaurant named Bar Lettera. These facilities ensure a comfortable and memorable stay for all guests.

Construction Assignments was engaged by The Ascott Limited, a leading hospitality owner-operator, to safeguard their interests on-site during the construction phase. Our primary role was to ensure that all areas were completed and handed over in a timely manner and that any defects were promptly rectified. This collaboration ultimately contributed to the successful completion of the Citadines Walker North Sydney, providing guests with an exceptional experience in the heart of North Sydney.
